Jary Pomponi
Sapienza, University of Rome, Rome, Italy
I took my bachelor degree in Computer Science at Sapienza, University of Rome, and Master Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in the same university. After obtaining the degree, I started the PhD in the ISPAMM Lab, supervised by Simone Scardapane. I obtained the PhD in 2023, researching mainly in the fields of Continual Learning and model Robustness.
Currently, I am a Post-Doc researcher in the same Lab, focussing mainly on Continual Learning, Robustness, and Semantic Communication.

Feb 05, 2024 | Back into the Continual Learning game! We propose a new approach to fight Catastrophic Forgetting in Class Incremental learning scenarios! We propose a new head and a novel regularisation schema. Official code is also available. Check the paper here. |
Jan 25, 2024 | Our new paper is out! We used Neural Architectural Search algorithms to find the best position for Early Exit branches! In order to create efficent models, these algorithms have constraints that the produced networks must stastify. Check the paper here. |
